Return/Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
  • Brand-new, unworn condition with original tags, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items

Please note that earrings are not eligible for return/exchange if the packaging is opened. This is for hygiene purpose.

Return Request Period

Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

 Return Process
  • Email us at luxeandlacesg@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  • Ship the item back to us via a trackable delivery method. Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Method
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once your return has been processed.
